Melons

For the production of charentais melons, the Group A. De Witte collaborates with a permanent partner, Maison du Melon.  The fruits need to meet the quality standards that have been established for each individual variety; this pertains, for instance, to sugar content, colouring, the diameter of the fruits, and the hardness of the flesh. The product is inspected at regular intervals to ensure that it satisfies these necessary requirements. 

The melons can be supplied via Central Fruit or directly from France.
